Your First Visit to Ankerside Clinic

The Ankerside Physiotherapy and Acupuncture Clinic takes a holistic approach to your needs.

During your first consultation which is usually 40-45 minutes, we will take a detailed history and perform a thorough examination at the end of which we will:

• Discuss your problems with you
• Plan and proceed with a treatment programme
  

You can expect to receive some manual therapy in the form of manipulations, mobilisations. We may include electrotherapy and acupuncture.

• A Home Exercise Programme
• Lifestyle advice
• An indication of the likely timescale for resolution of your conditions.
• Follow up treatment if needed will then be arranged to suit your needs.
